Day 1: Saturday

• Economy airfares from Brisbane to Norfolk Island with Qantas Airlines inclusive of (1 piece) 30KG checked luggage and prepaid airport taxes.

• Airport Pick-Up in a Coach transfer from Norfolk Island International Airport to Governor’s Lodge Resort includes an Island Orientation tour where local guides give background information on Norfolk Island’s beauty and diversity.

• Drop off at the Governor’s Lodge Resort for your check-in to your Standard one-bedroom cabin.

• Staff will hand over the rental car keys.

Day 2: Sunday

• At 1pm, join the Convict Kingston Tour for an in-depth tour by a local historian, covering 4 historic settlements. Refreshments provided.

Day 3: Monday

• Be a part of the Norfolk Island Culture Tour at 1pm as you walk to see plants that are used for both cooking and weaving; hear stories from the whaling days and a few weaving demonstrations. You will also get to witness a local chef making a taste plate of Norfolk wettles (food)

Day 4: Tuesday

• At 6pm is the Progressive Dinner tour which offers a true taste of Norfolk Island life through home-cooked meals and local stories.

• Join the 1856 The Untold Story Tour at 8.15pm which is a narration of the 5-week journey by the Bounty Mutineers descendants from Pitcairn Island. They endured cold and wet, blustery conditions to reach Norfolk Island.

Day 5: Wednesday

• At 9.30am is the Colleen McCullough Home Tour to explore her home, view her priceless artefacts, and see where she researched and created her best-selling tales.

Day 6: Thursday

• Taste of Norfolk tour at 1pm is where you will meet local producers, sample sea salt, beef, traditional dishes, honey and fruit.

• Following at 5pm is the Baunti Island Fish Fry where you get to enjoy fresh fish prepared the local way along with seasonal island dishes. The evening will promise fun and relaxation as there will be an entertainer and talented Tahitian-style dancers.

Day 7: Friday

• Relax at the resort or take a drive to the near-by restaurants and shopping centers.

Day 8: Return Home

• Handover rental car to staff at Governors Lodge.

• Airport drop-off in a Coach transfer from Governor’s Lodge Resort to Norfolk Island International Airport.

• Return economy flight from Norfolk Island to Brisbane with Qantas Airlines
