At 6.30pm is the Commandants Dinner, which is an engaging dinner theatre narrating Norfolk’s History. Actors recount convict settlements, rebellions and colonial life, paired with a traditional English cuisine.
Day 3: Thursday
During Taste of Norfolk, meet local producers who will show you local foods and produce like beef, honey, salt and cooking demonstrations.
Day 4: Friday
The Colleen McCullough Home tour gives travelers an insight into the life of this literary icon. The tour escorts travelers through her home to view priceless collection of artefacts.
Following at 6pm is the Progressive Dinner Tour, where one gets to enjoy home cooked food made with fresh local produce and listen to island stories by the hosts.
Day 5: Saturday
The Island Fish Fry at 5pm is where travelers will enjoy fresh local fish prepared the local way and other island dishes, along with singing and dancing. This is a pre-show dinner before 1856 - The Untold Story
1856 - The Untold Story is a narration about the descendants from the Bounty who had to overcome cold and wet conditions aboard the Morayshire, travelling from Pitcairn Island to Norfolk Island.
Day 6: Sunday
At 1pm is the Convict Kingston Tour, where a local historian will give more details on 4 settlements from the Polynesian to the Convict Settlements and finally the Bounty Mutineers.
Day 7: Monday
Relax at the pool or make use of the other resort facilities.
Day 8: Return home
