Each of the four cottages can serve either as one- or two-bedroom units. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a split king bed, and lead to their own ensuite bathroom. The large living room comes has comfortable sofas and sitting furniture, and the open-plan kitchen comes with a gas range, oven, microwave, full-size fridge, a dishwasher, and a full complement of cutlery and glassware. Guests have plenty of room to walk and run the 25 acres of the Trade Winds Country Cottages, but… there’s more to Norfolk than the supremely nice property. Of course, the cottages are near the coastline, so long, refreshing walks by the beach and exploring handkerchief sized coves and birdwatching are just a few minutes away. The Kingston and Arthur’s Vale Historic Area (KAHVA) is also a zippy drive from the cottages, and first-timers are encouraged to sign up for guided tours of the former penal colony and the ruins.
